  1. Correction: True, after training with my gym coach and listening his high protein advice, I could not be in shape. Now, I have healthy natural GODMADE greens around my workout, no manmade high protein, keep my cardio-workout-sleep hours, healthy diet with Godmade protein, and finally feel better and see results.

  2. True, after training with my gym coach and listening his high protein advice, I coud not be in shape. Now, I have a healthy manmade food, no manmade protein around my workout time, keep my cardio and workout, and finally fell better and see results.

  3. hydrolyzed protein and other sources breaks instantly the glucose and other nutrients of food …full digestion may take time . but like many have tested drinking protein before /after workout ,it does really work.

  4. Oh no! What i'm gonna eat. Do you want me to die early? That's applicable only to heavy weight because they have loads of fats. But for us who are thin and lean what we gonna eat?

  5. Why the heck would you want to eat carbs before workout? I ll tell you why, because there are skinny guys out there that have a very low amount of fat, yes we are skinny and we exist and what can we do about that? What if some of us want to save that little amount of fat for our body health and put on some weight(muscle)?

  6. With all due respect, i'm of the show me sort. You do not have an ounce more muscle than the average untrained middle aged man. I'm pretty sure you have not experimented with these different approaches to know what works well and what does'nt. There are 1,000 other guys purporting 1,000 other methods and they are all correct in their own eyes. But SHOW us what has worked for you, not tell us only. When i began focusing on my post workout simple carbs and fast digesting protein i began noticing good benefits. Carbs preworkout meant monster pumps also. No carbs all day and i feel flat even if i had carbs 1, and 2 days before. I built 21" arms and pre and post workout meals definitely did not hinder that. I still do pre and postworkout meals and still have 21" arms drug free. Can people follow your advice and still make solid gains? Probably so as long as their overall daily protein intake and calories are up to par. Bodybuilding is about maximizing results so as you said if your a bodybuilder basically this does'nt apply. What person is not trying to build their body? Anybody watching this video probably is. And i don't get how a simple sugary carb source such as dextrose takes 24-48 hrs to hit the body. You even see a kid drink a sugary drink like gatorade? They are off the wall in a short period of time later, not 24-48 hrs later. Many times also after a heavy, intense workout, waiting a few hrs to eat would not feel right at all. The dizziness, fatigue, and " low blood sugar" after exhausting the reserves does not seem safe to purposely prolong for hrs. Those simple sugars after a hard training session seem to level my body back off to be able to function normally again. I am talking from experience here, not a science textbook. You may have some valid points and you may not. You seem like a nice guy but i'd have to trust real life experience over a Dr. Title any day when it comes to this. SHOW ME the way don't just tell me. Theres other doctors and people saying many different things. Thats easy to say things. SHOW ME

  7. Okay, this makes sense. I was wondering during my Intermittent Fasting why it was losing fat better going to a 4pm-12am timeframe, than a 12-8pm timeframe. I would workout fasted and cardio fasted at 9am.
