  1. This makes a lot of sense, because you will eat the calories through the day anyway, so why not fuel your workouts? If you have 1900kcal per day and you avoid eating around your workouts thinking you'll burn more, you're still eat your 1900kcal by the time you go to bed anyway, so in the end, you've eaten the same amount, however you probably have performed poorly at the gym or not the best you could have been.

  3. So as for eating before workouts, im not sure what to do as i get up at 4:30 am as it is and workout at 5am to be able to make sure i get a workout in or i wont be able to work out. any advice

  4. So if im fat lets say 30% body fat n i go to the gym in a fasted state. Even if im tired n weak but i push through n hit the gym hard regardless. Ur telling me i wont burn fat.

I disagree with one part eating in the morning before work out; the reason why – recently a research has shown that your body burns lots more in the morning once you’re up prior to eating; it doesn’t have those extra carbs, fats, etc from the day to burn so it burns fat – fat that has been stored by the body. If you look at celebrities that train for muscle roles like The Rock – his work out routine started around 5 or 6 am after a cup of coffee then once he was done he had breakfast…plus 5 other meals throughout the day, proteins, etc. I’ve tried it few times even though I’m not a morning person and yes eating breakfast after work out works the best. I could see me body slimming down much faster.
