  1. Constipation from kale??? you must be joking! it is quite the oposite!
    bloating? do not add sweet stuff, choose sour.
    Kale is full of fiber so it is digested slowly and cannot bloat fast. It's the fast sugars, especially fructose that trigger the bacteria into producing methane.
    But even then, "airing" is a good thing: it means you got rid of toxic fructose rather than loading your liver with it.

  2. I believe Kale is keeping my MS in remission…I bench 250lbs, deadlift 315lbs, squat 250lbs at 52 with MS and no balance…cant stand the taste of Kale, but eat it every day 3 cups. Kale is my super food.

  3. Is this actually just a problem if JUICING kale? You get a lot more of a vegetable when juiced, than when eaten whole. There are a lot of arguments against juicing to say that it screws up digestion. I don't have time to read all the comments but even though I love Dr. Berg's metabolic education, I don't like that he promotes juicing and taking dead food supplements and powders.

  4. I once constipated and nearly fainted was horrible..the dry thick faeces we're stuck and painful…had to inject some sort of gel and pous pous there it went
