*** R E C I P E S ***

*** B R E A K F A S T ***

-2 Cups of Bob’s Red Mill, Organic, Extra Thick Rolled Oats

-1 tsp of Simply Organic Cinnamon

-2 Cups of organic whole milk

-1 tbsp of Wholesome Organic Honey
*** TOPPINGS***
-Bob’s Red Mill, Organic Whole Chia Seeds

-Edward & Sons, Let’s Do Organic, 100% Organic Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Flakes

– Fresh Strawberries& Grapes

*** M U L T I V I T A M I N S ***

-New Chapter, Perfect Postnatal Multivitamin

***LUNCH***

– 2Leeks, 4 medium Potatoes, 2 small onions& 3 garlic cloves.

– Brown Onions and garlic, Add washes and chopped Leeks and Potatos

– Add 1tsp of salt

– Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1tsp

-Add 1/2 tspn Cumin Powder.

– Blend the cooked leeks& Potatoes, then add remaining chopped up potatoes for texture.

*** S N A C K ***

-Quest Nutrition, QuestBar, Protein Bar, Cookies & Cream

-Choice Organic Teas, Black Tea, Organic, MasalaChai

*** D I N N E R ***

BAKE SALMON ON 200C FOR 20 MINS

– Season Salmon with 2 tsp Mrs. Dash, Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend

– Use Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon

– Drizzle of Olive Oil, Rub the seasoning onto the salmon and Place it
in the oven.

MIXED VEG;

– Fry 2 Small onions untill brown in colour

– Add Carrots, cook for a further 10 mins

– Add the rest of the veg and season with 12 tsp salt, dash of Soy Sauce

– 1Tsp of Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1tsp

– Cover and turn off heat.

MASH POTATO SEASONING;

– Add 1/2 tsp of Salt &Black Pepper.

– 1/2 tbsp of butter.

– 1 and 1/2 tbsp of Primal Kitchen, Mayonnaise with Avocado Oil,
Chipotle Lime

– Mash and it’s ready to serve!

  2. Ah i remember the days I used to do this for my 1st born. Keep it up sis Allahumma Barik.
    I really need to get back to healthy eating rather than sweet stuff to give me quick energy boost
