  1. Hey Rachel! Thanks so much for making these videos. As someone who deals with pcos every day I can relate to this. Was wondering if you also deal with hair loss? My hair has been falling out for 2+ years and it’s getting so depressing. Not too sure if you have any tips? Thanks again! Best of luck ♥️

  2. Its still amaze me just how lots of people do not know about Fopobiacne Secrets even though many people get rid of their acne problem with it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about this. I have cure my acne naturally.

  3. Hi so I’ve watched your videos maybe a year ago and they were very helpful but to be honest with you now you are very more likeable, more relatable. Like video looks and feel very natural. Almost remind me of old YouTube videos which I miss and love. I will definitely subscribe and watch your videos more 🙂

  4. Hey, Rachel! I've been a fan for a very long time! :3 I was thinking, have you ever considered that stress is EXTREMELY bad for women with PCOS. I have it myself and ever since I decided to take a break from everything major going on in my life and just chill out for a little bit and then start slow one step at a time it's been better; a lot better. So I suggest you consider stress as well and have a little break.

  5. Please don't take this offensive because I have the same problem and it's more of advice and I'm really not judging or looking at flaws and its not an ugly thing. But I noticed on me my chin and neck looks slightly swollen like a double chin and my arms are big too and I find it hard to loose this weight yet the rest of my body slims down….. I've noticed you have the slight same thing as me but not as bad, I've had blood tests and they keep telling me it's normal apart from once my thyroid was slightly low, I have a hairy chin (I'm a girl) and sometimes pain on my left side where my ovaries would be like a sharp stabbing Twisted pain. Can these be signs of pcos because my doctor says it isn't and I don't have it because my blood test is okay but why on earth do I have these issues.

  6. Love the fact that you are so public about having PCOS.  I was diagnosed in 2009.  I also am a health care worker so when others are saying,"You are eating to much,' or ' you need to exercise more,'" when in reality you have cut your calories down by 25% and exercising 2 hrs a day and still gaining weight it was very frustrating.  It took 2 professionals to actually diagnose me.  Now I am being treated by a specialist.  I would love to chat with you about this, share information.  I found out a lot!

  7. Ughh, I'm so happy you're making these vlogs. They give me an idea of what I can do to help. For the past few months my period has been totally wacky, I can barely seem to lose weight despite eating heathier, I've never felt so lactose intolerant, and my skin is going crazy (for me, anyway). I'm starting to wonder if I have pcos, but I don't have health insurance. Bad situation.
