  1. Anybody try this smoothie?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I don't like coconut water but am curious how it would taste in a smoothie with a banana or pineapple as I like coconut.

  2. Yeah …low carb. Its not like our body runs on carbs and sugar or anything. Yeah lets exclude that from our diet and increase protein… Its not like protein is linked to disease or any health defects.

  3. I like to make a great smoothie mix with my protein. I tend to use 2 bananas, 1 scoops of Amplify XL vanilla flavor, 3/4 cup of strawberry protein kefir, and 1/4 cup of protein almond milk. It tastes GREAT and carries a little under 50!! grams of protein.
