So i have recently felt the need to embark on a 30 day experiment of eating 100G’s of protein a day combined with eating one meal a day on a plant based vegan diet.

I will be documenting my whole progress with this vegan protein journey, i will track my weight, muscle sizes, protein intake, i will be taking clips of what i am eating and much more.

Then at the end of the 30 days i will finish the vegan protein experiment off by showing you the end results of this experiment, will i notice any changes? will i gain more muscle? will i lose more fat? will i feel awful eating this amount of protein daily?

  2. I think it will be good. I added a ton of protein to my diet just like you are doing about a month ago when I originally started on OMAD, but I had to back off a bit due to digestion getting a little clogged…..so I just wing it now with added protein one day then next day just fruit veggies and starches. So , far this has been working the best for me and I get the best of both worlds never boring!!! I love it! My digestion has been the best it has been in years!!! Good luck!! Interesting…. without knowing you were starting this Danny, a few days ago I happened to start an experiment of my own of trying to approximately double my daily protein intake to 150-175g a day(omad/keto/LC). Have been feeling a little weak for a while with a large increase in physical activity…and am hoping the satiety of the extra protein will "naturally and unforced", drop my calorie intake a bit from the usual 3-4,000+ a day. The goal is to see if this increases energy and muscle growth a little while still leaning out a bit more. Good luck and we'll compare notes lol. Dan ps. not sure if it will help, but 3-4 T of hemp hearts is around 9-12g of protein. I just eat it by the spoonful with my 1 brazil nut per day(for selenium) lol
