Question to build muscle ((tone up) should I be eating the recommended daily protein amount before I see changes in my body composition or getting at least 25g protein plus carbs right after workout will help ,i have a problem knowing that answer cuz I'm pretty soft all over, i lost weight but toning up seems to be a problem so I want to know about the protein intake and times
