  1. I’m 29 wks preg, I don’t snack at night I fast only with water say 10hrs when sleeping. Bf is 2 egg, spinach n mushroom. Lunch is chicken fillet with broccoli n pepper. Dinner is salmon fillet with green bean or salad. Green tea once a day instead of coffee, i have a glass of almond milk unsweetened. Snack is 6 strawberry or half grapefruit, I also have handful of pistachio nut. The smoothie I make occasionally includes mango, blueberry, 1 spoon Greek yogurt, 1 spoon chia seed, 1 spoon super green powder, 1 spoon oat, 3 dates n top up with water. I’ll have 2-3 cups of water with a slice of lemon. I’m not active properly 10-15mins a day. I’m off uni atm. I have all my iherb expensive supplement with my omega oil costing £30. It’s best to eat healthy, n take supplements when ur preg in terms of organic it’s the same food n a money making industry. I’m anemic, n going for my GDM test next week! I’m giving my baby the best start as possible. Luckily I don’t have any stretch marks. I don’t go gym, I don’t want to strain myself I have back problem. I have spd my pubic bone n pelvis kills. I don’t want to have early labour nor have a premature baby coz they have a lot of issues n get ill easily in terms of a weak immune system. I’m a student nurse.

  2. Wow she so slim after eating for two. That’s a lot of good. That yogurt had a sugary jab n that bf bar also has sugar. Don’t ppl care if they get gestational diabetes. She had full carbs, sugar n no veg or salad, fish.

  3. I just watched your video some of your foods are amazing to eat but not all can buy here in the Philippines, then when i am doing exercises started 5 months i am walking 30 to 1 hour everyday, early in the morning when i woke up i walk and do light cardio,
