¼ cup Navitas Naturals Cashews

1½ cups frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana

If you’re looking for a quick protein boost, look no further than your blender! Protein Superfoods Include:
Hemp Seeds — Just 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds contain 8 grams of complete protein, plus healthy omega 3 fatty acids and plentiful minerals like iron.
