  1. Hey man, I just started working out and I'm a bit overweight.. And my aim is to have a body like yours.. Not big but ripped.. You get?
    What type of workout would you suggest I do…
    nb: I'm not that huge now.. I just want to get ripped or just in shape.

  2. tip number 1 dude never mix protein and starches together. and your yams are hybrids and the quaker oatmeal check to see if it is genetically modified , your ingredients don't support true health. try dr. sebi herbs in your smoothie seamoss or bromide plus powder. check out dr. sebi's videos on nutrition, and learn what foods to stay away from.. you ar e trying but that meal is not alkaline.

    look for better alkaline smoothies for muscle mass and weigh tgain. .
