  1. In many articles of healthy eating, they discuss how people shouldn't drink their calories. In your opinion would you agree with this of disagree and why? Maybe smoothies can be a once in a great while thing ?

  2. I made your chocolate smoothie and it came out super gross 🙁 I added all the correct ingredients and amounts, I'm not sure what I did wrong =/ It doesn't taste sweet or chocolatey just really bland. Any ideas on what I did wrong?

  3. Hey liezl I was wondering if you had a substitute for bananas everyone seems to put them in there smoothies and I am actually allergic so it would really help to know if there is a substitute for them thanks xx
