  1. ok… I'm having a slight issue with this smoothie making thing. When i make them i have like 6 cups of smoothie… how should i measure my liquid? is it in fact 1 full cup? idk new to this smoothie life
    HELP!!!!

  2. Another youtuber recommended taking "shots" (meaning 1tbsp doses) of 120-180 calories of avocado oil. It helps increase healthy fats and helps your body absorb the nutrients from the food youre eating. I am going to take my 3 shots (or tablespoons) in the morning. Bought the avocado oil today and am gonna start tomorrow.

  3. 1/3rd cup oats, 2 tablespoons peanut butter (I use teddies all natural), 1 banana, 1.5ish cups of almond milk (or cow milk). Blend. There you go, a delicious, healthy, and easy 550 calories, or 700+ calories if you use cow milk. Add honey if you want more sweetness and extra calories.

I'll have that shake twice a day. It really saves me when I'm lazy.

And remember to lift heavy multiple times a week! Even if you can only lift 3 times a week, just lift Mon, Weds, and Friday. You can make gains like that. Just be consistent! Good luck girls

  4. Do you want to be my friend so you could help me in gaining the right weight ain’t a skinny girl I’m more like a normal body like I know girls struggle to gain weight for me it’s easy (but not the healthy weight though…) but I find that my legs are very skinny and I want to change that but I have a kinda big belly and I want to make it flat and bigger legs not muscular legs (well yes but also a lil more bigger) so any thoughts on that?

  5. What if the protein powder gets you nauseated cuz I tried using the whey protein powder n it had me nauseous all day what could b a substitute to get the same amount of calories the shake with the protein powder would have?

  6. A suggestion for the smoothies: Instead of using protein powder or in addition you can add 1 Cup of Oatmeal. Just place a cup of oatmeal in the blender and it’ll become a powder, then go ahead and add the rest of the ingredients. This really helps up the calories in smoothies!!!
