Organic Protein Powder French Vanilla | My Protein Shake Recipe!!!

Hello! This is a very different video for me, but I did have some people ask about what I eat and what protein powder I use. I figured this video might be helpful! I am not a nutritionist, this is just what I use and what works for me and my lifestyle. This recipe has a great amount of good for you fats, which is exactly why it keeps you full. For me since I enjoy lots of carbs, this is low calorie for me but it may not be for you. It is yummy, filling and healthy!! Always check nutritional facts on anything you eat especially if you are on any type of restrictions!!

Here is a breakdown of the calories for the portion I made in this video.Keep in mind, I don’t drink this whole portion, you see how much I had left, I always make the boys each their own cup. Feel free to adjust the proportions to the calorie intake you are needing your shake to be.

Protein Powder(1 scoop) – 100 calories
Banana – 100 calories
1TBS raw honey – 60 calories
1.5 TBS of Almond Butter – 150
1.25 cups usweetened Soy Milk – 100
TOTAL was 510, but I am guessing I consume 400-450 calories.

Also, I am look for more video ideas! Please comment below any videos you want to see.

  1. Finally!!! A protein shake I can relate too! Thank you, thank you, thank you sooo much!! Have you made this and let it sit in the fridge overnight and drank it the next morning? Im planning to do that, just wondering if it still tastes as good?

  2. Loved your Video, I tried replacing my unhealthy Breakfast with a Protein shake but could never do it because it just sucked ^^ But I tried this recipe this morning and I really like it. Feels REALLY filling and taste is good too! So thanks.

  3. There is quite a bit of sugar in that. With the honey, the banana, the almond butter and the soy milk, that is like a healthy milk shake. Not exactly something a nutritionist would recommend. You want your diet to consist of mostly fruits and vegetables with a side of nuts and dairy. Too much sugar in this. I realize you are not trying to be really healthy with this.

  4. Yum !! Hi Amanda. I'm new to your Channel and I absolutely love this video. U have no idea I've been thinking of researching different protein powders & everything u said about it … Is what I'm looking for 😉

  5. i just bought the chocolate protein powder. I was using the Thrive shake. It's not doing it for me, so I'll try this. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with all of us!

  6. This recipe looks delicious…I have something similar to that for breakfast after my workouts but I add cinnamon powder its delicious.

On another note, i have a question hopefully you can answer… Are LV bags made in Italy?
