  2. " Make your mind as strong as possible." There's a lot to be said on that truth, and I don't hear it very often. Lead by example is a wise old adage. You definitely are an inspiring leader. Many thanks !

  3. Love the details and honesty as always. Another great vid. TY. 71 and doing it. Doing omad for now and gaining strength fast. Push-ups are a great way to measure progress.

  4. Hi sir, I have a probably not very relevant question about body weight, all fitness experts advise we should not consider water weight as true weight gains or weight loss. But I still weigh myself before & after a workout/exercise, to find 1-2 kg difference. I guess this has no relevance but I wished it to be my real weight & I always empty my bowels before workouts.

  5. Great video this is where I went 100% wrong, so I started training with a friend who is a fitness instructor, he dropped the weight, pre exhausted the muscles and made me squeeze every rep

  6. I totally agree, even me I don't always give my best effort with every set of every rep going to failure. People are comfortable at doing the same number of reps every time when they could go for any extra few more, if you can still keep your last couple of reps in good form then it's probably not at failure.

  7. If my rest period is 2-5min would that be an obstacle to building muscle? For example, i can do 10 slow, reasonably good form pull ups, but then in order to even get in 8 pull ups on my second set i need at least 3min rest period, otherwise if i only rest 1min i would only be able to do 4-5 pull ups.

  8. Funnily enough my biggest mistake was pushing too hard. I started making progress when I took 2mins rest between sets minimum rather than “pushing through the pain” and jumping back on the bar as soon as I’d caught my breath
