  1. I eat them everyday in my steel cut oats along with the same amount of chia seeds, 3 tbsp of each with chia soaked in coconut milk. 1/4 cup of mixed nuts, diced fruit, and moringa. Buy seeds in bulk …way cheaper. I order 16 lbs at a time from Canada cause the USA is still ass backward on Hemp. Delivered that runs around 140 bucks.

  3. @dr.axe do you know if hemp milk is beneficial for toddlers. My son has eczema and we have removed the foods that are a trigger to him and it has helped him with his skin drastically. He’s dairy sensitivity is mild but now we’re removing casein too to help with his overall health. Thus we’re looking for CF milk. We are excited about weaning to hemp because nuts we can’t trust yet because of his food allergies. I’ve read hemp has a low content of THC, would you know anything about the exposure to it in toddlers. We are not vegan or would label ourselves anything really. We just want our son to have foods that are beneficial to his particular make up. We have never had the need to because no one else has allergies and eczema in our family. So we’re new at exploring different foods. Thank you
