Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350

2 scoops Chocolate MTS Whey
1 cup flour
3 tbs cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sweetener
1 tbs ground coffee

4 egg whites
vanilla extract
8 oz Applesauce
Mix wet and dry ingredients into pan
Bake for 20 min

  1. how's this recipe:.1/2 cup or 1 cup whole wheat flour. 1 tsp. baking powder. 1 tsp. baking soda. 1 whole egg. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tbsp. un-sweetened baking cocoa. 1/4 cup walnuts. 2 tbsp. PB2+

  2. Kara my brownies came out kind of dry. I wonder if I left them in too long (20 mins) or not enough water? How can I make them softer and moist? Ps I followed all the measurements in the video

  3. I've made the brownies into cupcakes to keep them in portions and they are in the oven right now and let me say this it smells amazing….I had to take a few turns on Becuase the ingredients you used are not available were I live but overall beautiful

  4. Hey Kara just wanted to let you know Brownies were great. Didn't have any instant coffee so that got left out and I put a tbsp of melted smuckers all natural peanut butter on my piece

  6. Another great recipe Kara.

    I make a similar thing, but I use Olive Oil instead of the AppleSauce and what I add to improve the nutritional profile of the entire thing is one to two 0% yogurt cups that add around 18-20 grams of Protein to the whole thing. Sure it adds around 160 calories, but the higher protein, plus the richer thicker texture from the yogurt adds alot to the "brownie" idea. 

    Also, when I make it for post workout rather than a morning Protein source, I add 100 grams of Whole Wheat Flour instead of Oat Flour to make it a better Carb source for post workout aswell 🙂
