We know how difficult it is to decide between nutritional supplements, especially protein powders, there are so many out there! We’ve found that the most important thing is to first find a brand that you love — one that uses quality ingredients, tastes great, and most importantly, one that you trust. For that reason, Blender Babes recommends Vega! They have proven (time and time again) to produce great-tasting plant-based products, all of which are consumer and environmentally conscious. In fact, all Vega products are free of dairy, gluten and soy, and contain no added sugar, artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners, a win-win for our Blender Babes community!

  1. I had no idea the Vega One protein had omega-3's in it! Great to know. Thanks for the informative video! I love Vega protein powders. I've tried the Protein and Greens and Vega One… but I'm considering trying to Vega Sport now that I'm more active.

  2. Vega sport I find is smooth but very rich for one glass serving. I always add 3-4 cups of water to one scoop.

Vega One -The nutritional shake has improved from its "grainy/ sandy" days. It's a lot smoother and enjoyable. I'm on my 8th tub of French Vanilla. It always saves the day.

I also use their excellent pre work-out in lemon lime and post workout in tropical.

The post workout is absolutely amazing! Works right away. No more sore legs (DOMS).

  3. I'm jumpstarting my healthy lifestyle change with a green smoothie cleanse and would like to know if I'm just starting my healthy life style change with a green smoothie cleanse and would like to know if adding vegan protein powder will contribute to weight loss or weight gain?

  4. Greetings from Milwaukee, WI. I would just like to say how awesome your responses are, "Blender Babes". I mean you answer as many questions as you can and they are very thorough! I haven't used any of your products just yet BUT will be purchasing either the Vega One or Vega Sport. Hopefully it's the Vega Sport because I plan to workout at least an hour a day. Would you agree? And are there anymore supplements I can add to the Vega Sport? BCAA's, pre-workout/post workout, etc? Or is Vega Sport all I'll need?
