  1. I've heard fish oil can spoil easily without you knowing. There's other omega-3 supplements made from an algae that the fish are initially getting it from and doesn't spoil as fast. But I do think that omega-3s are important.

  2. u dont need supplements in a keto diet, if u do it the right way.. just eat unprocessed Food and add liver or heart once or twice a week and u have anything your Body Needs.. way better than expensive Supplements! >.>

  3. Great information, thank you so much! I'm going to get some fish oil and possibly collagen. The rest, i ~thihk~ I'm getting in my diet with foods (although I surely do get those leg cramps sometimes, ACK!!! I have the calm magnesium stuff, haven't tried it yet. I heard it is good for anxiety?.

    Additional things I supplement, not really in relation to keto are vitamin D- I take about 6000units on advice from my neurologist (i have m.s.) and also ,  Alpha Lipoic Acid, which helps with cognitive issues I think? (Can't remember, lmbo). It fights antioxidants as well.i read it's common in asparagus, so I probably get some of it in my diet, but apparently it diminishes as we age. 🙁

  4. That’s the exact salt I use, and heaps of it! But I’ll try and add the bone broth and other supplements you mentioned to see if it helps me? However I’m still aiming to be vego or vegan keto! Thanks for the info!!!
    I attached a Vegan Keto smoothie I make that gives me heaps of energy for a long time that has the minerals I/we need.
