Calisthenics Training With Vegetable Police And Friends!

Recently i met up with some of my friends at Go Gym in Chiang Mai, Thailand for a unstructured calisthenics training session with some compound bodybuilding exercises, hand stand practice, a small circuit we created to compete against each other and much more.

The friends that joined me for this epic training session was lovely Daniel Drury, Vegetable Police and Janessa Dlalana all of whom are Youtubers just like myself, i will leave links down below for their Youtube channels.

We all tried out various things we had not tried or been able to do in the past, i managed to nail my first ring muscle up, typer writer rings pull ups and other various calisthenics exercises!

Daniel, Vegetable Police and Myself wanted to find out our one rep max was with weighted pull ups so we set ourselves this challenge, we also created a short circuit course for us to race against each other to see who could do it in the fasted time possible.

We trained for some one arm calisthenics moves such as the one arm pull up, one arm push ups and we just had so much fun doing many other tricks as well which was a blast!
