  1. My lady is not gaining weight so she needs to gain weight so what shake does she need to gain weight ? & How long would it take to start gaining lot of weight ? over 100 Lbs also note she does not work out

  2. The best trick is drink it when you eat a meal . I know its sounds big but trust me it will stretch your stomac .
    Or i buy boosts + calories .theres 4 diffrent taste i take strawberry one .
    At the base its 360 calories and i mixe it with 3 bananas , milk , proteine ,greek yougort ,chia ,2 hand full of almonds ,oat , and frozen fruits ,i gain 6 pounds in 3 days .
