  2. I'm not very familiar with protein shakes or diet for that matter. I've had some major dental work done along with other things that makes it hard for me to eat a good diet of food. Is there a liquid diet that is healthy. Actually a well balance diet that someone can live very well on? I thought "protein" was just one small part of what a person needs in his diet. What about a product that comes in a can called "Ensure"?  Can you live on it, does it tasted bad, ok, or good? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  3. guys, if you like apples but not apple sauce, DONT PUT IN APPLES!!! hahaha i made that mistake thinking it would have a sweet taste from the apples but it just turned out to be apple sauce..
