I wanted to share with you all in this video “WHY I DO NOT DRINK KOMBUCHA!” even though it was one of the first things i started on my health journey many years ago that at the time provided me with amazing health benefits.

You may be wondering what is Kombucha?

Kombucha consists of tea, sugar, clean water and a SCOBY. “SCOBY” stands for symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts. The sugar feeds the yeast and bacteria which form the SCOBY layer — the very identifiable, thick, mushroomy layer that rests on the top of the kombucha. This SCOBY adds the flavor, acidity and promotes the fermentation which creates the health benefits of kombucha. It also contains a small amount of alcohol (only .5%-3% depending on fermentation), gluconic, acetic, lactic acids and some substances that discourage bacteria. Many people describe the taste of kombucha as sweet and acidic, almost like soda with a slight vinegar taste.

As for its origins, kombucha is traditionally associated with Asia, Russia and Germany but became a popular drink globally by the late 1990’s. Exploratory animal research offers substantial evidence to support the health claims that kombucha drinkers have known for decades.

  1. I’ve consuming it regularly twice now and both times I got sick. It’s like the babies were growing inside me. Not touching it again. Plus I don’t like the alcoholic feeling from it either.

Hello I've been on high fruit diet for about 1.5-2months now and my detoxification improved significantly but my teeth health has really got bad, the gums are opening more, the teeth have changed colour in different places (got brownish) and my teeth react to hot/cold food and just very bad teeth health to the point that I might lose them. I clean my teeth 2 times a day with organic toothpaste, also do oil pulling. Not much help. I love fruits but I don't want to lose my teeth, help!!!

  4. Dan I need your help I’m struggling with giardia natural treatment. I’ve taken turpentine one day half a teaspoon to start the cleanse and every day I’m taking betonite clay collodial silver cloves grapefruit seed extract healthy diet but I have an intolerance to sulfur at the moment and at night I take lots lots of water kefir and probiotic capsules. I’m seeing slight improvements but the dieoff is heavy what can I do

  6. I've heard that quitting alcohol for 3 years is vital in getting more intuitive and sensitive to your surroundings. Earlier you've mentioned that you have a strong intuition, and here you say that you don't drink alcohol in any form (even the trace amounts in kombucha make you feel the drunk effects). So it sums up. The explanation is simple: Our brain has capilars so thin that even one single blood cell passes through only thanks to the fat covering the red blood cell. Alcohol rinses off that fat cover of the blood cell, so that it starts sticking to other blood cells, forming a cluster. And a cluster can't fit into small capillaries, making all the finest sectors of the brain, which are fueled by these capillaries starve and die off. The sectors of the brain that die off first are the finest and most subtle, responsible for receiving data from our aura / biological energy field. And it supposedly takes 3 years for these sectors to rebuild after you quit alcohol intake.

  7. You know it's interesting that you talk about feeling drunk from drinking kombucha because sometimes when I drink it I do feel the alcohol in it. Would you say that the cleaner you are the more likely you are to feel the alcoholic effects?
