  1. I’m sorry but this information is incorrect if you go back very far you will se that humans hunted for deer rabbit etc. and also ate barries fruits etc. humans were never vegan or vegetarian but some of the information is correct if you eat to much meat

  2. If you're only eating meat, doesn't the need for vitamin c decrease? Just searched it up. I've seen some comments saying that it must be expensive. This is ignoring the supposed situation in which you are only eating meat. This cuts the costs of everything else you're usually eating and probably saves money since you're only eating one food. Also when you say "a balanced diet" of the major food groups explain what you mean by balanced and who exactly came up with the idea of "major food groups."

  3. Meat isn't necessarily bad as long as it is unprocessed and cooked on the most healthiest way. I tried eating raw eggs, vegetables, fruits and lean meat for a day and Im so full of energy and never got hungry. Compare that before when I eat processed meat, moderate sweets and lots of pastry where I get hungry more easily plus cravings i didnt know at times

  4. Humans are naturally supposed to eat fruits vegetables and nuts but when Noah’s flood came, we had to eat meat. Don’t forget that meat can give you cancer and other bad things
