  1. Great video Joe and thanks for making it.
I would like however have to challenge your point on the completeness of plant proteins; the reason it's not talked about is because it's really not an issue. Most of the vegan powders on the market these days tend to be either soy based (soy IS a complete protein- all 9 essential amino acids), pea based (Pea is a complete protein though has lower quantities of a select few types of AA), Hemp based (Hemp is a complete protein and now legal for sale 😀 ) and Rice (incomplete on it's own but rarely sold in this form anyway)
Ignoring soy, the best products tend to be a mix of other plant protein types, in particular Pea and Rice is a great combo as their weaknesses in certain aminos are offset against each-other.
As for taste, MRM Veggie elite (I recent got their cinnamon bun flavour, 9.5/10!!), Vega and PRANA have amazing tasting products out there at the moment and are all within the 70-80%+ protein by weight range. As you say it's growing and is only going to get better.

I'm glad you made the first point on animal welfare as that is by far the biggest issue. Dairy is a heinous industry if anyone has any respect for animals then they should eliminate it from their life at a minimum 🙂
