  1. You say you can use Coconut Milk in this smoothie. I am looking for a High Protein Greek Yogurt currently that is as close to organic as possible. However, my question's come down to the pumpkin and how to tell if it is BPA free? Is it on the label some place and where have you seen it on the label? Then Finally, Besides Protein Powder which I seen to have a large stock of in this house… Can you use Soy Milk or Almond Milk which both come flavored in Vanilla or Use the Plain in this? Which is better for you too? Thank you Robin. 🙂

  2. Hi, Robin.  Please don't get mad at me for asking, but since fresh pumpkins are in abundance at this time of the year, why use the canned stuff?  I'm seeing all these videos on various YT channels who start of talking about how pumpkins are in season, then they used the canned stuff, which can be bought year round.  I know it's more convenient, but for someone like you who cooks so many great dishes, I would have thought you would use a fresh, in season, pumpkin.  I really do appreciate this great smoothie recipe.  Thanks.
