Here is the recipe:

1 Cup (8 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or regular Milk/other Milk substitute)
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup (244g) Pure Pumpkin
1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Protein Power (Vanilla, Unflavored, or Pumpkin flavor)
1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats (Optional)
1 Cup Ice

Calories per shake WITH oats:

Calories: 350
Fat: 6g
Saturated Fat: 0g
Sodium: 385mg
Carbs: 33g
Fiber: 13g
Sugar: 11g
Protein: 41g

Calories per shake WITHOUT oats:

Calories: 277
Fat: 5g
Saturated Fat: 0g
Sodium: 385mg
Carbs: 19g
Fiber: 11g
Sugar: 10g
Protein: 39g

  1. My absolute favorite thing about Thanksgiving is pumpkin pie. It's blowing my mind to realize this shake recipe is super easy to make, tastes just like the real thing, can be made year round, and is actually healthy for me. I'm going to need to stock up on canned pumpkin.

  5. Honestly, you're protein shake videos are awesome and pretty much a life saver. Even though I always substitute the almond milk for regular or nonfat milk. Maybe you should post the nutrient facts without the milk in it, just because most people probably do substitute it for something else. I know it'd be helpful for me, but it's just an idea. Either way, pleasee keep the videos coming!

  7. What brand if you don't mind me asking? I like Healthy N Fit (I link it in my description) but I also like Vitacost brand whey (sweetened with stevia), Optimum Nutrition is great, BSN stuff, and a few others. If you have a preference (flavor/vegan/type of protein) I could point you in a better direction. Let me know!

  8. lol the ice was blended up like your video and it tasted fine cool maybe it was just me but i had to dump 1/3 of it down cuz it got to [room temp] like and i used MTS MACHINE WHEY

  9. When I mean meals, I don't mean 'basic' cooking – like proper well thought out dishes, healthy takes on say a bean mix, tacos, cheese etc – or theme'd healthy foods; japan, chinese, mexican, italian, the list goes on. (playlist galore!)

    I do want you to grow as a channel, the stuff you make really does make me wanna bake and try it out. Though it seems the variety has died down a little.

  10. The grocery shopping sounds excellent as your food keeps health and macros in mind.

    I'd say workouts, but there's already a ton of that on other fitness youtube channels, so something that would make you niche – so to speak.

    As for cooking videos, do go into the more savory stuff, the meats and whole meals.

    Perhaps personal videos – it's solely up to you, on why you started this lifestyle, how it's wholly affected you and those around, your tattoos, I for one would be genuinely interested.

  11. Hi Joshua! I really appreciate your feedback. This video and the others I have edited so far I've cut the fast forward music in half and only put it on the clips that are over 1.5 seconds long so there is definitely less of it. Let me know if it helps at all. If you could offer any other suggestion for the silence I'd be open to it as well. I bought a smaller camera to do some fitness stuff/thoughts on the day/grocery shopping so that stuff is coming soon. What else were you thinking?

  12. I really admire your videos and actually try out 3-4 recipes per weekend.

    I'm still holding my thoughts on the speed up music, I'm not sure if it's me but I find it really cheesy and lowers the 'quality' of the video – as in it bothers me that much to post about it.

    Once again, great video – have you perhaps thought of doing other non-cooking videos?
