  1. I'm so confused >.< I have tried both raw cocoa and just regular cocoa and they both made me feel the same and plus I was not paying top dollar for the raw because "it has more nutrition" what a bunch of bull shyt especially the minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium or any of the antioxidants are destroyed by heat 😛 they are all heat stable. Just cause something is raw doesn't mean its healthy to eat it that way. So people please just save your money and don't buy into all this raw natural food hype its all mostly just a bunch of consumer demand capitalistic bull! And just a total waste of money..

  2. alkali-processed “dutched” cocoa is not as healthy (See Update on
Chocolate for the graph and Healthiest Chocolate Fix for some other
chocolate comparisons). Dutched cocoa can have as few as half the
phytonutrients, but that just means you have to use twice as much.
Alkalized or “Dutched”- the process removes some of the chemistry that
is thought to be responsible for the cardiovascular health benefits of
    the food: flavanol (flavan-3-ol) antioxidants.

  3. So by the same principle is that why eating my blueberry's with yogurt in the morning is not a good idea? Given the very reason I'm eating tons of blueberry's is for their anti-oxidant benefits

  4. I liked your comments hammering the bad side of sugar and milk. However you pointed out that coco is heated and loses some nutrition. So much more nutrition is lost by heating the cacao butter. What kind of fat is cacao butter? Is it like coconut a water soluble saturated fat? Please advise. Why not just chew on the cacao beans to get the nutrition first hand?
